Returns and Shipping Policies

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with any item for any reason you can return the product within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price on that item, excluding shipping charges. Product must be received in it's original packaging to qualify. Please send us an email to fermentednj@gmail.com and provide the order number and product being returned for processing. We also ask you to include the reason for your return.

Problem With Your Order

If you have had an item or order arrive damaged, missing, or you got the wrong item, we apologize for the inconvenience. We want to get it fixed for you as quickly as possible!  Please send us an email to fermentednj@gmail.com and provide the order number and issue with the order and we will get back to you within 24 hours.  You can also call us at (609) 666 5274.

 

Shipping Policy (Continental United States Only)

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These shipping charges are estimates at the time of order. Therefore, Fermented LLC reserves the right to bill additional amounts for shipping if the estimate was dramatically different than actual fees incurred. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Fermented LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Fermented LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Liquid yeast is shipped with the inherent risk of loss in viability, especially during warmer months. Fermented LLC is not responsible for any issues as it relates to the quality of liquid yeast. Please consider purchasing additional ice packs to help ensure yeast health during transit. 

FREE and Flat Rate Shipping

Fermented LLC may choose to offer FREE or Flat Rate shipping to customers based on order value or as part of other promotions. Some items are excluded from FREE and Flat Rate shipping (generally glass and bulky items). The maximum weight of an order eligible for FREE shipping is 70 pounds. If an order is placed with FREE or Flat Rate shipping above this maximum weight, we will contact you directly to bill additional shipping fees or modify/cancel your order. Fermented LLC reserves the right to cancel or change their FREE or Flat Rate shipping program at any time. If FREE or Flat Rate shipping is your chosen method of shipment, we will ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Please refer to the below maps for transit times from our location. Expedited shipping may be chosen for additional fees.
