Please read: Our private cheese classes are scheduled by appointment only. We recommend contacting us first by phone at (609) 666-5274 or email at fermentednj@gmail.com to confirm available dates before booking a class. Fee of $300 covers up to 10 attendees. Outside food and drink are permitted for our private classes. Due to the nature of a private class, we are able to include a more hands-on experience.

Join us for our most popular class! We will demonstrate the process of making ricotta and mozzarella in your own kitchen. Samples of both cheeses will be available after the class. Two fresh cheeses in under an hour! Cheesemaking supplies will be available for purchase at the class (i.e. thermometers, butter muslin, rennet, citric acid, etc.).
