Join us for our most popular class! We will demonstrate the process of making ricotta and mozzarella in your own kitchen. Samples of both cheeses will be available after the class. Two fresh cheeses in under an hour! Cheesemaking supplies will be available for purchase at the class (i.e. thermometers, butter muslin, rennet, citric acid, bacteria cultures, etc.).
