Cheesemaking Workshop (Ricotta & Mozzarella): October 5th at 2 PM

Join us for a class all about ricotta and mozzarella! Class will consist of an up-close demonstration on making ricotta and mozzarella followed by the opportunity for some hands-on mozzarella making. Samples of each cheese will also be available during the class.
