Greetings from Eric & Mica! We're thrilled you're excited, or at the very least, curious about fermentation like us. Fermentation has been a part of human culture for thousands of years and it's truly remarkable what microorganisms of our world can do. Products like beer, wine, cheese, yogurt, kombucha, kefir and many more wouldn't exist without them.


As small business owners, we've been learning a lot along the way. One thing that's become very apparent; we couldn't make Fermented happen without the support of our local community.
